Meet The Team
Erica Lung
Hi everyone!
My name is Erica Lung and I’m proud to say I’m a campaign manager for the Agnihotri-Park ticket. I’m part of the Public Forum division of the debate team and when I’m not learning more about debate, I’m probably trying to find the best bread recipe because I love to bake. I also volunteer to teach kids at my local tutoring center in my spare time.
Over the course of our freshman year, I’ve seen the amazing effort they have put in to make our first year at Stuy special. I remember once in English class, I found Gitae sitting next to me, working on a spreadsheet to organize the Snowball budget. And despite the fact that our school year was unfortunately cut short, they stayed a constant presence. Their stream of emails and activities keep us all together even though we no longer spend 8 hours in the same building. I believe that there are no better candidates than Satvik and Gitae to lead our grade in this upcoming year. I am confident in their ability to uphold their promises and I know they will make sophomore year one to remember.
Elizabeth Black
Hi!
I’m Liz Black and I’m a campaign manager for Satvik and Gitae. Last year, I managed Satvik and Iravan, the winning Freshman Caucus ticket, and then went on to be the executive of the Student Outreach Committee in the Freshman Caucus cabinet! Even though our freshman year was cut short, getting to work on bettering it was an amazing experience and I wouldn’t trade it for the world.
Some other fun facts about me: science is my number one passion and I dream of pursuing a career in oncology - but I also do ballet and art in my spare time! I think one of my favorite qualities about myself is my sociability; I’m a “people person,” so to speak, and I love interacting with others to understand them as people!
I know both Satvik and Gitae from the SU, since Gitae was part of the cabinet as well, and I can assure you they’re some of the most driven and determined people I’ve ever met - but aside from that, I’ve also been close friends with both of them outside of the SU for almost a year, and no one is more kind, caring, and genuinely invested in their peers than those two. What’s even better is that this applies to our entire team - all of us are and will always be completely dedicated to YOU, class of ‘23!
Iravan Bhattacharyya
Hello!
My name is Iravan Bhattacharyya and I am a campaign manager for the Agnihotri-Park ticket. In freshman year, I was part of the Stuyvesant baseball team and speech team, and was also your Freshman Caucus vice president. Outside of school, I am part of a baseball team and (though I recently stopped) did a bit of professional and amateur acting. I'm not running this year because last year I had spread myself thin among multiple high-commitment clubs I was a part of. So I will always be the first to tell you how great of a worker, president and friend Satvik is. He picked up my slack and produced quality events for the grade with a workload that should not have been placed on one student. Gitae was another one to take on an extremely large role in our caucus. His intuition, leadership and proactiveness proved vital to the activities of the caucus. I actually put a lot of effort into the last few sentences and meant every word, so if that doesn't tell you how good Satvik and Gitae will be in office, I don't know what will… stay safe and don't forget to vote!
Kosta Dubovskiy
Hi class of ‘23!
My name is Kosta Dubovskiy, I’m one of the campaign managers for Satvik and Gitae’s campaign. I’m on the Stuyvesant math team and I was the head of finance for last year's caucus. When I’m not doing work for school, I’m probably with friends, playing guitar, or doing work for an extracurricular class. During this chaotic freshmen year I’ve been astounded with the level of dedication and effort that both Satvik and Gitae put into their work, both for their classes and for the caucus. Whether it was organizing weekly caucus meetings, the Snowball, or helping out with SING, Satvik and Gitae made sure everything they did would get completed in the highest possible quality. With the invaluable experience that they’ve gained during these hectic times, I am confident that they will do everything in their power to enrich our experience at Stuyvesant.
Phoebe He

I'm Phoebe He, one of the campaign managers for Gitae and Satvik. I’m in Stuyvesant's public forum debate team and math team. When I'm not prepping with my partner for a tournament, you can probably find me working on a painting or some sort of drawing. Throughout our freshman year, I was able to 2witness the passion and diligence Gitae and Satvik put into their work, and how much they care about their fellow peers. Whether it was through organizing events or sending out emails, they work tirelessly to make sure every student’s voice is heard and to improve our experience here at Stuy. With the experience they’ve gained through freshman year, I am positive that they will make our sophomore year phenomenal. Hence, I am proud to be a campaign manager for the Agnihotri-Park ticket.
